HERITAGE: PUNJAB

A premium deck inspired by the land of the five rivers

Not merely a deck of playing cards, Heritage: Punjab is a tribute to a land shaped by memory, movement, resilience, and beauty.

Created as a celebration of Punjabi heritage, this deck draws from the landscape, symbols, and stories that have long defined Punjab. From fields of wheat that sway across the horizon, to the rivers that have nourished its civilisation, every detail has been designed to reflect the spirit of the region in a refined and collectible form.

This is a deck for those who want more than ornament. It is for those who want meaning in the hand — a piece that feels rooted, elegant, and enduring.

The Story Woven Into the Deck

Punjab has always been more than a place. It is a feeling of abundance, pride, and identity — carried through its land, its people, and its history.

The design of Heritage: Punjab begins with that land itself.

The Wheat

Across the deck, wheat appears as a central motif — a symbol instantly tied to Punjab’s agricultural soul. It represents harvest, labour, prosperity, and the deep relationship between the people and the soil. Punjab’s fields are not only a source of livelihood, but a visual language of home, resilience, and continuity. In this deck, the wheat stands as a mark of nourishment and pride — a reminder that heritage is often grown, season by season, by hand.

The Rivers

At the foundation of the design flow the rivers — a tribute to the very identity of Punjab, the land of five rivers. Their presence in the deck reflects movement, life, and the passage of generations. Rivers connect villages, histories, and people; they shape the land quietly, yet define it completely. Here, they serve as a visual thread running through the collection, grounding the deck in the geography that gave Punjab its name and much of its strength.

The Birds

The birds on the back design evoke freedom, grace, and the living rhythm of the Punjabi landscape. They suggest migration, perspective, and song — the sense that heritage is both rooted and carried forward. They also give the deck a feeling of life beyond the ornamental, turning the card back into something softer, more poetic, and more timeless.

Faces of Legacy

Rather than relying on conventional or religious iconography, the face cards honour significant non-religious figures whose lives, achievements, and influence helped shape the broader cultural and historical identity of Punjab.

This decision was intentional.

The aim of Heritage: Punjab is not only to present a beautiful deck, but to widen the idea of remembrance — to pay homage to individuals who contributed to the region through leadership, courage, art, scholarship, and legacy. In doing so, the face cards become more than standard court cards; they become portraits of influence, dignity, and story.

Each figure is chosen to reflect a different dimension of Punjabi heritage, allowing the deck to feel both collectible and culturally meaningful.

Aces of Distinction

The aces have been treated as signature pieces within the deck — elevated with premium detailing and a stronger sense of visual ceremony.

Rather than remaining simple functional cards, they are designed to feel iconic in their own right: cards that can stand alone, be admired individually, and carry the same weight of symbolism as the rest of the collection. They represent prestige, identity, and craftsmanship — subtle statements that this deck was made to feel special from the first card to the last.

Crafted to Feel Premium

Every element of Heritage: Punjab has been composed with a premium sensibility in mind — restrained, elegant, and intentional.

From the warm tones inspired by grain, earth, and parchment, to the fine linework and balanced ornamental details, the design aims to feel timeless rather than loud. It is heritage interpreted through a cleaner, more elevated lens: respectful of tradition, yet refined for modern collectors.

The result is a deck that feels equally suited to display, gifting, collection, and play.

More Than a Deck

Heritage: Punjab is a love letter to a place.

It is a deck shaped by the harvest fields, the flowing rivers, the quiet flight of birds, and the stories of those who left their mark on Punjab. Every card is part of a larger narrative — one of land, legacy, and lasting pride.

To hold this deck is to hold a small piece of that story.
